Bryan completed his Bachelor of Science in Paper Science Engineering from Miami University in Oxford, OH. This specialized course of study has provided him with an excellent foundation for a career focused on industrial specialities.
Industrial Automation and Control
For over ten years, Bryan focused on helping his customers achieve new levels of optimization and operational performance through the application of specialized automation and control technologies. Heavy data analytics and thorough process analysis techniques were used to ensure significant RESULTS delivered to each customer.
Converting Adhesive Applications and Optimization
Beginning in 2014, Bryan has been dedicated to the flat sheet and film converting marketplace. He has worked on numerous different machine types and applications and has been exposed to many different manufacturing organizations.
Bryan is an expert in converting adhesives - Through various positions with multiple companies he has had access to a vast amount of information related to the adhesives used in industrial converting, such as how adhesives are made, how adhesive formulas are modified, how adhesives are costed and priced as well as how large RFP's are managed from a vendor perspective.
In addition, Bryan has spent years working hands-on with converting equipment optimizing adhesive usage as well as helping organizations reach new levels of converting efficiencies.
Personal Information
Bryan Casteel lives in Cincinnati, OH with his wife and two children. He is an active leader with the Boy Scouts of America and enjoys outdoors activities such as hiking, camping and backpacking.
